What is the Wisdom Focus List mailing list?

Once a week we send an email to our investor buyers with a “Wisdom Focused List” of properties we identified as “Interesting”. With over a decade of experience viewing and analyzing thousands of properties in the DFW market we developed a good sense of which properties have a good potential of being a good investment property. While we can’t analyze every property that comes on the market we can definately review them and use our experience to point out the ones that worth a deeper review. Our Wisdom Focus List emails have the following lists in them:

1. Investment Grade Properties (flips, rentals, cheap properties)
2. Distressed Properties (Lender Owned, Short Sales, Defaulting Notes, etc.)
